About Service
At Previvo, this service is designed to address the underlying patterns that influence how your body recovers, adapts, and ages. Rather than focusing on a single symptom, we look at how movement, nervous system regulation, and daily habits interact with your long-term health.
Your session is guided and individualized. We assess how your body responds to stress and load, then apply targeted techniques that support circulation, joint function, and recovery while helping the nervous system shift out of a chronic tension state.
The goal isn’t just short-term relief — it’s helping your body function more efficiently so energy, mobility, and resilience improve over time.
What Is Yoga at Previvo?
Yoga at Previvo is a longevity-focused movement practice built on one core belief: how you move and recover today directly impacts how you age tomorrow.
Rather than chasing intensity or extreme flexibility, our sessions prioritize:
- Restoration as the primary outcome
- Downregulating the nervous system
- Creating space for recovery and repair
- Building longevity through ease, not force
This is yoga designed to support your body for decades—not just today’s workout.
Why Yoga Matters for Longevity
Longevity isn’t just about living longer—it’s about maintaining strength, mobility, and independence as you age.
Research consistently shows that practices supporting mobility, balance, stress regulation, and recovery play a critical role in long-term health.
A well-designed yoga practice can:
- Preserve joint range of motion and connective tissue health
- Reduce chronic pain and stiffness
- Improve balance and coordination
- Support nervous system regulation and stress resilience
- Enhance recovery between workouts and daily demands
Yoga at Previvo integrates these principles into every session, making yoga a foundational pillar of a longevity-focused lifestyle.
Who Yoga Is For
- People who train and want to protect their joints and recovery
- Busy professionals managing stress and physical tension
- Individuals experiencing stiffness, discomfort, or reduced mobility
- Anyone interested in longevity, healthspan, and aging well
- Beginners and experienced yogis alike

Tina
Registered Yoga Teacher
Before fully stepping into yoga education, I first became a certified Personal Fitness Trainer through YogaFit. This foundation in fitness eventually led me into Group Fitness instruction, which I embraced fully and continue to teach today. These early years in fitness shaped my understanding of movement, alignment, and the importance of accessible wellness for all bodies. In 2009, I completed my 200‑hour Yoga Teacher Training with YogaFit, followed by YogaFit for Warriors, a specialized program focused on mental health, resilience, and trauma‑informed approaches. Prior to this, I also completed foundational coursework through the Maureen Rae Teacher Training program in Ontario, which helped build the base of my teaching approach.
My commitment to learning has only grown over the years. I have accumulated more than 500 hours of yoga teacher training and am currently enrolled in the 800‑hour Yoga Therapy Program at the Prana Shanti Yoga Education Center in Ottawa.
Yoga therapy is the professional application of yoga within a therapeutic relationship to support health and wellbeing. It includes personalized assessments, goal setting, lifestyle management strategies, and yoga‑based practices tailored for healing, personal growth, and group support.
My training also extends into bodywork and functional movement. I am certified in Thai Yoga Massage through the Lotus Palm School in Montreal and have completed Myofascial Release training with Yoga Tune Up® Fitness. Staying committed to growth, I continue to take at least two additional courses every year.
Throughout my career, I have taught one‑on‑one sessions, large group classes, corporate wellness programs—including a long‑standing partnership with Pineridge Hollow—and a variety of workshops. I also lead yoga and wellness retreats locally in Manitoba, across Canada, and internationally. Most recently, I hosted a sold‑out retreat in Costa Rica with 26 participants. At my core, I remain a lifelong student. Yoga has supported my body, transformed my mind, and shaped my life. I am passionate about sharing this multidimensional practice with others—creating informed, safe, and supportive spaces where people can move, breathe, heal, and grow in their personal journey.
