Previvo Family Medicine is a Manitoba Health family practice in Winnipeg, welcoming new patients at our Provencher Boulevard clinic. We believe good care starts with listening, understanding your concerns and building a relationship over time.

Our approach brings together preventive care, metabolic health and ongoing health management. This includes reviewing blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar, discussing nutrition and physical activity, and supporting the management of chronic conditions.

We also support disease screening and early detection, with screening guided by your age, personal and family health history, and individual risk factors. Your clinician will discuss which tests are appropriate and help coordinate follow-up or referrals when needed.
