Todd has been with Previvo since 2014. He has served with Previvo as a Board Director, Chair of the Compensation Committee, Chief Operating Officer, Corporate Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and General Counsel. Todd brings industry and executive leadership experience to his roles at Previvo. Todd’s industry experience includes start-up and publicly traded medical device (Abbott Labs and Ventana) and medical service (LabCorp, LABS, Biocept) companies. As an accomplished commercial and operational leader, Todd most recently served as CEO of LABS, a medical service laboratory, which was acquired by Eurofins.
Besides his role as CEO, Todd held roles as Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Officer, Vice-President of Commercial Operations, and Director of Marketing. Todd has lead teams with over 160 personnel and revenue exceeding $500 million. Additionally, Todd has served as board director for several medical companies. Prior to Todd’s corporate positions, he served as a pilot and intelligence officer in the United States Army.
Todd received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the United States Military Academy (West Point), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Denver University-Sturm College of Law with an American Bar Association certificate in Corporate & Commercial law. Todd is an attorney licensed to practice law in Arizona & Colorado. Todd specializes his legal practice in business and employment law.
For over 30 years, Bryan has been directly working to optimize financial teams and operations for both public and private companies. In 2013, prior to joining Previvo Genetics, he founded Total Treasury & Tax, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in building “best-in-class” financial infrastructure for small to mid-sized companies.
Bryan has also worked as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Wind River, Inc. (now an INTEL company), and Grass Valley LLC (now a BELDON company). Throughout his career, Bryan has worked in progressively responsible positions at E*Trade, American Express, and The Federal Reserve Bank.
Bryan has a BS degree from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from Westminster College, both in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Bruce joined Previvo as Vice President of Research, Design and Engineering in 2016 and has over 24 years working in the medical device industry with companies such as CorDynamix, Spinal Modulation, and Proteus. His leadership roles include Vice President of Engineering, Director of Research and Design, Principal Mechanical Engineer, and Project Manager.
Bruce has experience in bioabsorbable stents that facilitated vessel healing before bio-resorbing, orthopaedic minimally invasive tools, opthalmological implants, cardiac rhythm ablation catheters to eliminate errant heart signals, cerebrovascular protection, catheters, and neuro-modulation systems. He has directed teams from R&D to commercialization.
Before medical devices, Bruce worked in Aerospace Engineering at defense and aviation companies for Lockheed Martin, Kaiser Aerospace, Litton Industries and United Airlines. Projects included General Dynamics F-16’s, Space Shuttle, Space Telescope, Military Strategic and Tactical Relay Satellite (MILSTAR), and Rolls Royce gas turbine engines.
Bruce studied Physics at Stanford University, and received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from San Jose State University.
